BOLD strictly adheres to the highest ethical standards and local and international laws concerning transparency and integrity, declaring its absolute commitment to combating corruption, preventing bribery, and avoiding conflicts of interest across all transactions and operational contracts.
7. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
Either party shall be exempted from legal liability for any delay or failure in executing contractual obligations if such failure arises from force majeure circumstances beyond human control and will, including wars, natural disasters, epidemics, regional internet blackouts, or emergency sovereign acts and governmental restrictions.
8. Amendment and Periodic Review of Clauses
BOLD reserves the legal right to review, update, and amend these Terms and Conditions in alignment with rapid software advancements or international legislative updates.
